Release Twenty-Two (Release-22) noun: the act of freeing oneself from the concept that they are hopelessly
defined by their difficult circumstances, burdens, or limits.

I’m not receiving any confirmation emails, what should I do?

We have done everything we can on our end to ensure emails arrive to your main inbox; however, some email service providers may still move these emails to other folders. What are my shipping options?

• Domestic orders: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

• International orders: USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified with tracking information via email. You can check your order status here: Order Status

Where is my tracking information?

Tracking for your order will be automatically sent via email once the order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received any tracking information after 72 hours, please contact our customer care team at support@releasetwentytwo.com with your full name and order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia; however, we look forward to expanding to new markets in the future.

What should I know about international shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Currently, we do not offer returns for refunds; all sales are final.

Can I exchange my order?

We offer exchanges under specific conditions. Exchanges are available if we send the wrong items or if items, that we agree upon, have arrived defective from us. To learn more, view our: Exchange Policy

My exchange request was denied. Why?

Exchange requests will be denied for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged outside of our control. If an exchange request is denied, our Customer Care Team will promptly be in contact. In such cases, we will offer to return the items at your expense; however, if the preference is not to have items returned, we will responsibly dispose of them.

How do I create an account?

To create an account you can click on the user icon at the top right corner of our website next to your shopping bag. Alternatively, you can follow this link: Create Account

Do I have to make an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to make an account to place an order, but we encourage you to make one if you want faster checkouts, order status updates, and exclusive members only promotions.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the account page you can click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. Enter the email address you used to create your account and submit. You will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. Once your password is reset, log back in to your account with the new password you created.

I didn’t get the password reset email, what should I do?

First, be sure to check for the email in other folders (i.e. spam, junk, trash, etc.). If you still don’t see it, add updates@releasetwentytwo.com to your contacts and then request the password reset email again.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Order confirmation emails are used to best serve you when placing orders, therefore these emails cannot be unsubscribed. However, to unsubscribe from our newsletter emails, you can simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.

NoFraud

Who is NoFraud?

NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.

Why am I getting an email/call/text message from NoFraud to confirm a transaction?

You received an email from NoFraud because your transaction had irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.

After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else?

After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.

Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?

NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.

Will my order be delayed?

In most cases, as soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing.

I did not make the transaction and neither did anyone that has access to my credit card/payment account. What do I do now?

After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company/payment account and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised card/account and issue a new one for future use.
