What is the R22 Community?
We strive to create a shopping experience where our customers are not just customers, but rather a community contributing to the growth and brand identity of Release Twenty-Two.

Do I have to make an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to make an account to place an order, but we encourage you to make one if you want faster checkouts, order status updates, and exclusive members only promotions.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the account page you can click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. Enter the email address you used to create your account and submit. You will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. Once your password is reset, log back in to your account with the new password you created.
I didn’t get the password reset email, what should I do?
First, be sure to check for the email in other folders (i.e. spam, junk, trash, etc.). If you still don’t see it, add updates@releasetwentytwo.com to your contacts and then request the password reset email again.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Order confirmation emails are used to best serve you when placing orders, therefore these emails cannot be unsubscribed. However, to unsubscribe from our newsletter emails, you can simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
